The post right below this was just week 1. another poster set up a short 4 week challenge to prepare for the holidays. Today is W2 D1. The premise: Pick a different challenge, something that will further your fitness goals.
I for example have my eating pretty in check at home, but have problems when I am on vacation. BUT, I hate exercise. So my W1 was 30 mins of exercise 5 out of 7 days.
