How do I get in on this???

I am curious if there is a way to jump on board with the challenge? Is there a specific goal? Timeline? How can I be part of it?

About me:

I'm 27 and used to be in incredibly good shape until I started a demanding career about 4 years ago. Now I've gained probably a total of thirty pounds and I need to get it off. I did it right after I had my daughter (who is now 10) so I know I can do it again. 

This is the first time I'm not looking for the Holidays as an excuse to eat, but I do need a support system to get me through it.

The post right below this was just week 1.  another poster set up a short 4 week challenge to prepare for the holidays. Today is W2 D1. The premise: Pick a different challenge, something that will further your fitness goals.

I for example have my eating pretty in check at home, but have problems when I am on vacation.  BUT, I hate exercise.  So my W1 was 30 mins of exercise 5 out of 7 days.

 In the post below, tell us what you choose as your goals for W2, W3 & W4.

We will check in next week to see how you did.

My Week 2 Goal is to not weigh myself all week. I did this morning, so I will not again until next Thursday. In the meantime, I need to try Week 1's goal again of exercising 5 days.

 Basically pick 1 goal for each week so you can focus on just one thing and have small accomplishments, then at the end of your 4 weeks, have a larger goal that you're trying to reach for! Its that easy! So jump on board and give us your goals!
