What I found most interesting is that the plural for fetus is foetuses.  Hm.

Abby, I don't know about the waterproof trousers/coveralls. I know Jojomamanbebe has some, but they might be a bit pricey. I've been scouting ebay but haven't come up with anything that I like yet... (There's a store in town though with gorgeous ones - just far beyond my budget - very Scandanavian and sweet!) I want something that will fit easily over his regular clothes, and last all winter. And not cost the earth. Not easy! :)

I love Milo's new wellies btw - where are they from?

This reminds me of the Gilmore Girl, culs-de-sac episode.

I found the boots I wanted for him at an online shop and then ordered them off ebay since I had some paypal money left.  I think the brand is Toby Tiger or Tony?  Something Tiger.

And I think I might get him a splashsuit from here:

That is really interesting and makes perfect sense - they immitate language in so many ways that the way they cry seems like a natural progression of that.

And totally butting in on the splash suit but I rememebred a catalogue we used to get in the UK that sold them so I grabbed the link in case either of you were interested. They're pretty cheap but I think probably reliable - this store/site was really good the few times we ordered from them.

also, if either of you have the ability to get stuff sent from the US Land's End has really nice winter stuff. Don't know that you'll need proper snow suit type stuff, though.
