Hair 'product' rave of the day....esp. for curly/wavy hair

*this probably applies more towards those with wavy/curly hair..not sure how/if it would work on straight hair*

The other day on MSN.com I just happened to come across a story about styling naturally curly hair, and it was a video demo so i watched it.  the hair dresser was was walking through how to wash/dry/style curly hair and the thing that caught my attention was that he didn't use any actual styling products on the hair.  What he did was washed and conditioned the girls hair like 'normal' (if you do both of those in the shower...I do) and then towel dried the hair a bit.

Then he took more conditioner, just reg. conditioner, not a leave in or anything.  ( I just used some big sexy hair cond. that I had here) and he put a dime sized amt in his hands and rubbed his hand together super fast until the conditioner turned into a cream/paste.

He then applied the paste to her hair, just like normal hair gel or whatever and dried it.  he used a defuser (I do too) and dried it upside down/sideways (I do my upside down) and her hair was AMAZING!

I tried it today, and I can't believe how great it worked!!  My hair is SUPER curly and fluffy.  Its not sticky AT ALL, and not weighted down.  I'm actually really surprised how good it turned out.  I purposly waited until today to try it in case it looked liked a$$....didn't want to do it on a work day.  ;)

Anyway, worth a try for those of you with curly/wavy hair.

Thank you!  I am def. going to try this out.  I hate styling products, esp. the kind that makes your hair "crunchy".
