Renting In the Columbus/Hilliard area

Hi :)

So my fiance and I are looking to rent a house, townhouse, duplex, or something of the type to call home for the next few years but we are running into a lot of issues. So I figured I would reach out to you guys and see if there are any tips or suggestions out there.

Here is out situation. We are looking for a two bedroom and don't want to live below or above anyone. A washer and dryer in the place is a must and we both love to cook so a decent kitchen would be nice. Also, we want to get a dog so allowing pets is a must. 

All of this probably wouldn't be super hard to find...except our monthly budget is MAX $600. Being students we don't have a lot of combined income so a low monthly rent is a necessity.  

Does anyone know if this is possible? We have until June to move out of our current apartment, but it would be nice to know that there are things out there. And so far our searches don't seem to be coming up with much.
