House hunting advise?

Hi everyone, my husband and I just got married this past may and are looking for a home. We have been casually looking for about 2 months and seriously looking for the last 2 weeks or so. I found this house I fell IN LOVE with and we put an offer in right away but it wasnt quick enough..someone else put an offer in before us and it was accepted. UGH! I am so sad about it and now every house we look at I compare to this one and nothing measures up. Is it possible that deal could fall through? Will I ever get over this house?! Any advise/tips would be greatly appreciated...

Deals can always fall through, especially in this market. Are you working with an agent? If so they can keep an eye on the property, or at least they now know exactly what you want and can find better properties. Happy House Hunting!!
