Fashionistas: help?

So, I own this dress.  Its a satin material and pretty comfy (it has pockets!).  I've worn it once and have two weddings coming up.  I'm thinking it may be a bit chilly.

Can I wear tights with this dress and these shoes?  If so, what kind?  Other ideas for warming it up or should I start from scratch? 

I'm so not good at these things!

I would do a good quality pantyhose with a silver shawl or shrug.

I never wear a dress (except my wedding dress - peeing would have bee way too complicated) without them. :)

Not flattering? You look amazing in that dress! As for warming it up, I'd look for a long sleeve shrug, or a shall. And regular panty hose.

I think pant hose or black tights would look fine with that, especially since you're wearing pumps. 

That dress is fantastic on you!

 Could you do a pretty scarf/wrap maybe with an elegant pattern that incorporates that color in it also? 

Are you wearing any jewelry with it?

I would only go pantyhose or bare legged.  IMO, it's too dress for tights or leggings.

Thanks for the compliments, ladies.  It is an evening wedding.  For whatever reason, I just feel weird about panty hose. 

For accessories, I'll wear black chandalier earrings and a cocktail ring.  I'm still deciding between a shawl and cardigan. 

There may be more pics in the future as I figure this out.

What about those wrap things that go around your arms or your shoulders if need be
