I had one from Ikea in the past. When the back flips back, the seat of the couch is the size of the bed. So it's okay for a single adult, but not really that great for a couple. The seat/bed was comfortable for sleeping, but it was a little too deep for me to sit comfortably in to watch TV. With that being said, it was much more comfortable to nap on than any pull out sofa bed I have had to sleep in.
