paula dean pumpkin pie recipe?

I'm bringing pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.  I wanted to make a really good one since that's all I'm making.  I came across Paula Dean's with butter (of course!) and cream cheese?  Anyone make this kind of pie before?  Is it good?  Do you have a better recipe that you like?

I just made this pie this week for a test run.  I don't like pumpkin pie but my H does. He liked it but said it wasn't "Thanksgiving worthy".

Are you talking about Paula's Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake? If so, then YES make it!!!!

I make it every year and everyone raves about it and keeps requesting it.

 Butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, its amazing!  =)
