How to keep my rings from falling off & rolling over?

I've lost 40 pounds since I was married & during the summer I have no trouble keeping my rings on. They turn around a bit, but not too terribly. This is the first winter (and it's not even truly winter yet!) that I am continually having to put my rings on my index finger to keep them from slipping off while walking or typing.

Any suggestions? 

P.S. I'm worried about getting this sized down and then having them be too tight in the summer. I've never used a ring sizer and have heard mixed reviews. Thanks ladies!

You need to get them sized. I lost 25 lbs after my wedding and I think my rings were taken down a whole size. You can also get these half spheres added to the inside of your ring to keep it from turning, but you most likely need them to be sized.

I'd get a guard (like the PP mentioned) for this winter, and then when it starts warming up again have them resized. We had both our wedding bands done at Kay and had a great experience with them, for what it's worth.

I would get them resized anyway, just not too snug.  40 lbs is significant!  Congrats on your weight loss!
