This is getting kind of obnoxious. I'm checking in with myself. So, Wednesday's run was a little more difficult. I've got another one scheduled for this afternoon.
I'm not doing the C25K, but I wanted to say great job with the running! I'm on day 11 of the 30 Day Shred and my motivation is dwindling. Seeing your check ins (although with yourself) helped give me a boost. Thank you!
And how is the C25K program? I like to run (I do a 1/2 marathon every Sept), but a surgery after my last 1/2 left me unable to exercise for a month and killed my endurance. I'm thinking a program will help. Thoughts?
