Whats a good recipe without chicken or pasta??

Hey all! So wanna share some recipes on here? What are your favorites?? I feel like I make so much stuff, but it always is chicken or pasta. Lol. So whatcha love ???

I don't have recipes right now but good alternatives are pork or beef; rice; quinoa.

Quinoa burgers!

Someone on here introduced them to me and they are amazing!

there are so many quinoa recipes out there, and it is super healthy! lots of protein and fiber!

Feta and Spinach Scramble. Simply delicious. I added mushrooms also. Also, I didn't have enough cheese but it was still good. I also added a pinch of garlic salt and a dash of pepper. The kids loved it as well. it's fast and easy to prepare. Happy Eating! :)

Pork chops & gravy, tacos/taco salad, stuffed peppers, hashbrown casserole ( you could use turkey instead of chicken), meatloaf

Ha ha OMG so have I!  I finally used my crock pot and I LOVE IT!!!  My pot roast was bomb and so easy!!!   :)
