Punch

Ok I have kind of a dumb question about making punch. The recipe calls for a can of frozen fruit punch, bottle of sprite, bottle of champagne and sherbert. Do I mix the can of fruit punch with water first like I'm making the actual juice or do I just put the frozen juice concentrate in to be mixed with the champagne and sprite only? I was assuming that you just mix the concentrate with everything else but I was talking to my mom about how much punch I need to make and she mentioned something about the fruit punch mixed with water so now I'm questioning myself. TIA

my gut thought is that you dont have to mix it with water first, just mix with the other ingredients

My recipes for punch call for the concentrates to be undiluted.  The sprite/champagne/sparkling water serve as the diluting liquid.
