I run on that section of trail ALL the time, and this seriously could have been me. It happened at 5 pm yesterday, so it had just gotten dark outside, but there should have&amp;nbsp;been plenty of people around. Did at home cardio today b/c time contraints...definitely making it to the track tomorrow. Anyways, DH and I took professional pictures last week to have some to choose from for Christmas cards and mom gifts. I just saw the pics for the first time and OMG...I can't BELIEVE how much weight I have gained! I am SO discouraged...I feel and look so much bigger than anywhere near happy/healthy size!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Will doing this C25K and sticking to low-fat diet do the trick?? My body isn't used to the working out...so will that make the jogging and running burn fat pretty fast??&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ladies, I just need some serious encouragement. Stories from those of you who have been where I am with your body? Is there light at the end of the tunnel?
