You know how the internet has taken a huge chunk out of print newspaper and magazine readership----is that what is going to happen to printed books? Computers pretty much ended the dewey decimal system. One day will we tell our grandkids about "printed books" when they pull out their electronic books?

we put up all of dh's photography last night - he had 11 shots professionally printed and they are MASSIVE - bigger than our big screen tv! now I have now idea where a tree would even go because I can't put it on the table - would block the view of an amazing pic, we just don't have enough space!!!

hmmmmmmmmm I may just need to get a big one and shove it in the 1 corner we have left lol!

Candy canes

I know I'm forgetting a ton of stuff. Help.

DH was really looking forward to cooking the turkey this year and even his mom said that he could. We were going to get a small local turkey. Up until yesterday, when DH talked him into it, BIL and SIL weren't even going to come to Thanksgiving. Today he called DH and told him that he was already planning to do the Turkey(but DH can help) and that he was getting one that was at least 22lbs...FOR 14 PEOPLE!!! And I probably won't even eat any. I am so mad.

BIL always does things like this. It probably sounds like I am over acting but he always has to do something like this. I can never stand him, I guess I should be used to it by now.

Sorry just venting.

Who sterilizes their baby's bottles?

I did for DD#1 for over a year, and have been for DD#2 thus far. I am trying to convince myself that I don't really need to do it as long as I did for DD#1. I am thinking of doing it through the winter and that's it. I feel like while it's a great precaution, it's pretty unneccesary. My mom in the US thinks I am NUTS and has never heard of such a thing. It's not like it takes a lot of time or anything, it's just an extra step that I wouldn't mind cutting out sooner than later. WDYT?

I've always wondered if my mom could "see" me. After all, no one knows what happens after you die.

My sister told me today that my mom communicates with her through dreams. She asked me if H and I had some problems in our marriage. I never share anything like that with my sister since she will spread the news to my family (not intentionally, she talks a lot lol) but she said my mom had a message for me: to stop fighting with H.

This could be a total coincidence but it troubles me.

Anyone else's DH doing this? I'm happy he's supporting a cause but I can barely stand looking at him right now!! We're supposed to be TTC and I'm thinking it just might not happen because it hurts to kiss and he just looks creepy with a 'stache! I'm gonna put a picture in here when I get home, just so you can appreciate!
