I just finished making "The Chewy" dough and thought I would get the bagel starter together while it's chilling but I just looked at the recipe I grabbed from someone's blog and all the measurements are in ounces. I don't know where my food scale is packed away - is there a way to make bagels without a scale?&lt;br&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
