Here are mine...

Here is my before pic... the weekend before starting our local version of Biggest Loser. At 200.8 lbs I was only 11 lbs from gaining back all 38 lbs i lost for the wedding...

And my "goal" pic. Though it is not my ultimate goal, it will put me well on the way to getting there. Here is a pic of me in my wedding dress during my TTD session. My arms looked great, and you could tell by my face that I lost a lot of weight. I would like to see that face again..

It was near the end when they were following up with Daniel. If you missed it, click here and pay attention to the area around the 2 minute mark. His best friend, Dave, started with him on the previous season of Biggest Loser and has since gained the weight back. What made it all the worse was his attitude about the whole thing. He had a very "whatever, no big deal" attitude about it and that scared me. It scared me because I see many similarities in my own excuses. "Oh I had to work", "Oh, i have 2 jobs unlike others" "oh, I'll do it tomorrow". And I dont want to become Dave. This was an awakening moment for me and I hope to never be in that place.

Week 2: Check-in

Well ladies, its time to check in on our week 2 goal of our 4 week challenge.
As for me, my previous thread post indicates the kind of week I had. Well, I hopped on the scale this morning and I was actually pleased to find out that I did not gain. I didn't lose either, but based on my bad choices this week, I was given a second chance at a better result. So, Im on to week three.

How did your week pan out? Did you achieve your goals? Why or Why not? And what do you have in store for week 3?

Evening ladies

Im new here.

I have 15 lbs of baby weight i have left to get off, i am starting a new healthy lifestyle. I have known I have needed to get into shape desperately but it really hit home yesterday. I got my blood work back from the doctor and was told with my cholesterol I am a 25 year old walking time bomb for a heart attack.
I know it will be little steps to get there because I have to ween myself off my bad diet. Number 1 is no more eating out. Number 2 is I'm going to be working out 3 days a week at the least. After a few weeks I will add a day and up intensity.

My question is what are some good at home exercises you do? I don't have the money to join a gym, although I did join a pilates class but not until December (it's only 2x a week). TIA for any helpful hints or ideas you can give me :)
