Poll: What do you use to carry your grocery home in?

I bought canvas bags that I absolutely love!   They are so durable and one bag holds a lot of groceries!  The best part...they were all $1 each.

So what do you use?

Okay...so people who use reusable bags...do you go to the grocery store weekly? We go monthly and get a cart FULL of items...no way we could do the reusable unless we had about 40 of them. We do recycle our plastic bags though.

But, will I still be spoiled?

i have 10.  you can fit all of the groceries from my largest shopping trip inthem.

the reusable ones fit SO MUCH MORE than the little plastic ones because they are stronger and larger.

i put a watermelon in one.

I have 10 bags from www.chicobag.com and 4 from http://www.halfpricebooks.com/recycle.html and they are all I need.  You would be amazed at how much a little chico bag can hold!

The bags from Half Price are pretty big and I find myself using them to cart things to and from work more than grocery shopping, but they are great for bulky things at the grocery.

Ditto Jax.  The reusable bags fit lots more than the traditional plastic sacks.  We have five of them and very rarely do we exceed the space of those 5.  If we do, we're likely using only 1 or 2 plastic bags (which we use to pick up dog waste when we take Lily for a walk) than the 10 or so we would have otherwise.

I shop weekly and then usually have to make 1 mid-week trip back for something I need. All of our groceries fit in 3-5 HEB canvas bags (the green ones that are .99)

I go weekly.  I have 2 of the Kroger bags and this other random one that I got at a conference.  I have needed more than that, so I'll get plastic and I keep all of those in the garage for random uses or to recycle.  I'm thinking about buying more Kroger bags...

I have ten from Kroger, but if I use all of them in one trip I just need an extra plastic bag or 2. ;-)

They even have a little pouch in there witha  zipper for the smaller items that you might lose or that could easily get lost.

The Kroger reusables look so small to me!

I want some of the envirosax and such though, they look great. We've got enough plastic bags stockpiled at this point to keep us in lunch bags for ages, since we reuse them for that. And it'd be nice to get it all in quicker.
