I can't believe that it took me this long....

Hi Ladies...I can't believe that it took me so long to find the local Alaska boards, but I did so tonight.

A little about me..I have been married since Oct 21,06. I work for a local OBGYN office here in Anchorage. My DH works for one of the big credit unions. We both were born and raised here in AK, I was mostly in the Valley, DH in Anchorage. We now call Anchorage home.

I love making new friends, and would love to talk to some local women on here. Send me a message if you would like to talk . :)

Not married yet (soon though!) but my FI & I will be living in Anchorage after the wedding. We're both from the Seattle area originally, and FI took a job at one of the smaller airlines up there in late April/early May. I'll be joining him next week - and then permanently after the wedding.

 We closed on our condo a couple of weeks ago and are in the process of shopping craigslist for furniture and I'll be doing a bunch of painting once I get up there!

 So great to see more people on here - I have been lurking for a couple of months, but its been pretty dead.

We actually got married in Ohio so we could take advantage of all the fall colors.  Plus, our wedding was outside, which totally wouldn't have worked in Anchorage in October!
