Your best banana bread/muffin recipe?

The diner I work at had 4 or 5 bananas that are about to go bad and I told the chef that I'd take them home and make a banana bread or banana muffins and bring it in Sunday to sell.

So I want something delicious.

I usually make one that is really good, but pretty standard. Just wanted to know what the BEST one you have is ;)

the banana "cupcakes" I make are pretty awesome. I sub half or quarter of the flour with ww flour. recipe in the blog.
