What are your favorite recipes out of a cookbook?

Link to rolled/shaped cookies. I didn't post the recipe, because I don't want to get in trouble for posting a recipe that isn't online (just in cookbook). If you want/need, I can email it to you privately though! I'm just paranoid about things like that. :)

Best mac and cheese ever - Aged Gouda Macaroni and Cheese with Virginia Ham from Inn at Little Washington cookbook

I (and DH) absolutely love Nacho Chicken from the Southern Living Easy Weeknight Favorites cookbook .Sometimes we change up the type of doritos used for the coating and it changes the flavor.
