Finding the right jeans for body type?

I always have a problem with my jeans falling down and it's not really because they're too big. I'll put a pair of fitted jeans on and after an hour or so once they've relaxed from being washed... they are falling off and I'm constantly pulling them up. I think it's because I have no hips... or my hips are not wide and therefore nothing is holding them up. However, I do have a full butt so that is there. I'm just trying to get an idea of a brand that is better suited for my body type without trying on a zillion pairs of jeans in different stores all over. Any ideas?

Try to look for jeans that have a larger yoke. Try googling how the yoke affects the fit of jeans.

A lot of my jeans do the same thing. I find the ones that don't do this have denim that is a bit thicker and stiffer.  I have a pair of Joe's honey in a dark wash, that never stretch out. I love them.

Avoid jeans that have stretch in them. They shouldn't have any give if you put your hands on them and try to stretch them. Almost like they could rip.

I went to a jeans store to buy my last pair.  The owners there said to buy one size smaller for that reason.  And actually, one size smaller didn't look a whole lot different on me

I buy higher rise jeans--then if they fall a tiny bit my butt is still not hanging out.

Try Paige jeans. They seem to fit better than most.

I like Joe's Jeans too.  I think mine are the Rocker cut and they're in a dark blue distressed wash.  3yrs later they're still going strong.

I suck at picking out my own clothes; when I don't have help all my stuff starts looking the same - mostly shift dresses a la Jackie O. and they're mostly black.  Very ho-hum.  I finally got smart and started using the Personal Touch service at Nordstrom, and the best part is that it's complimentary!
