confession time

 What do you confess today?

I confess I hired a house cleaner to clean tomorrow while DH is at work and I didn't tell DH because he thinks its a waste of money. Oh well he will never know!!

Mine is that I had a good amount of wine last night and I think it made me a little more fiesty about the cat conversation than I should have been.

The only thing I can think of right now is what you guys already know - I confess that I am trying to think of any way possible to get DH out of the house today so that he doesn't see the package from baby gap when it arrives! Eep!! Embarrassed

It's for my phantom baby, DUH!! Stick out tongue

I posted earlier this week about a sale there, and was peer pressured into buying them.

Okay, okay, I admit it really didn't take much pressure at all LOL!

Here's a link to the ones I bought.

I confess that I have done nothing productive all week.  I have worn sweats and t-shirts everyday, read books, and watched tv.  That's about it.  This rain is so NOT motivating me to get any work done.

I was trying to avoid telling DH how much the cat-sitter is costing us while we're on vacation, but he asked last night and I had to tell him and now I feel like he's annoyed that we have to spend so much money on it.  I'm annoyed too, but I had come to terms with it since I knew the price all along.

Which leads to my real confession - times like this make me mad that Sox is diabetic.  If he wasn't, we could get away with this lady only having to come 3 times total while we're gone instead of twice a day for 10 days.

My 3rd anniversary is in a month and I still haven't done my album yet.  My photographer is moving to Rome next month so I'm working on it now so it can be done before he leaves.  I wonder if it would ever happen if we didn't have this deadline ...

haha, that's awesome! I hope you brag about how you cleaned the whole house all by yourself and suggest he take you out somewhere nice for dinner to reward you for your hard work! Wink

I confess that I really don't want to go back to work. I haven't had any training days this week but got an email last night that we're starting to set up the store and finish the associate training on Wednesday. And I'm totally bummed out about it which is silly cause it's not like I've really done anything with my time off and it would be stupid to not go back to work.

And I confess that I haven't been to the humane society to volunteer in 2 weeks, I'm not sure I can handle it and they have tons of volunteers so it's not like they *need* me or anything. Huh?

Aw, that sucks you have to pay so much for the sitter but you know Sox loves and appreciates you guys, he's lucky to have nice owners who will work with his diabetes, I'm sure some people would decide that's too much trouble and just have their animal put down.

I am too dedicated of a shopper. I actually drove my ass down to Wrentham, in the downpour/thunder/lightening with the full intention of only returning DoggyB's coach collar, buying 1 pair of jeans at Saks, and BIL's bday gift.

Instead, it was so nice when I got down there that I bought 2 pairs of jeans, BIL's gift, 2 shirts, a tie, and 2 pairs of jeans for DH, and a pair of shorts for me. Maybe someday in SC I will actually put on a pair of shorts.

I also wondered the entire drive down and back why I seem to be the only person around here who is perfectly comfortable driving in torrential downpour, as I grew up with them.

Could you board him with your vet? Surely that would be cheaper? Or maybe not...(I don't board, so I don't know...)

My vet doesn't board in the summer (I asked about it in the winter and their response was "we only board in the winter when we have the extra help" which I thought seemed backwards, but whatever.).  Plus, I wouldn't want him boarded, in a cage, for the 10 days we'll be gone.  If it was just a weekend, I would.  And being there (obviously) stresses him out which isn't good for his diabetes.

Well Ok... you girls are going to kick me off the island anyway after this lol.

I seem to have a problem keeping my shirt on now after my reduction. WTF is wrong with me? Every time I drink I show my boobs. I NEVER did that before! I got really drunk a few weeks ago and showed a group of strange men my boobs.

HAHAHA!!! Please tell me it was at a Monkey's show! Wink

And you probably do that because of your reduction - I'm guessing anyway.. it comes up in conversation and people ask about it so you show them? I know someone else who does that lol

Actually it was at the show. & I'm pretty sure it was 1/2 because of the massive amount of alcohol I consumed, 1/2 because of the reduction lol.
