Wow, that last one locked up fast!

It doesn't seem like it was started that long ago!

My MIL descends in approximately 26 hours.

Pray for me Nesties, pray for me!

DH cooked dinner 2 nights in a row...so impressed.  He also painted the breakfast nook and den and he put all the Christmas decor in the attic.

I have to commend you!!   As a non Texan, you have spelled the city of Sugar Land correctly!   I went to MS and HS out there and it has always bugged me when people put it all as one word, when it is, in fact, two!

Hey hey!!!  You lucky girl!!   My can only make Red Barron deep dish singles and take out the trash.    

I was too lazy to make dinner tonight, so I made DH pick up chinese on his way home. 

I found that I did have enough energy to make a batch of cookies for dessert though.  I love Snickerdoodles!!!!!

I'm quite tired of being upside-down.

The Christmas tree is still up. It's a 4.5 ft tall pre-lit, has maybe 20 ornaments on it and a topper. It would take me less than 15 minutes to take the ornaments off, pull the tree in two, and stick it back in the box under the stairs.

And yet it's gonna make it through another day... truthfully, maybe 4.

My tree is still up, just without the ornaments. I put the ornaments away earlier this week, and the tree still stands bear.

Me too..I am reaching the point where it is embarrassing...I have to take down the decorations this wknd!! I am off tomorrow and working from home Monday...I have to make this happen.

Yes but cooking is your trade off.  I'd much rather make the deliciousness in your siggie than take down a tree.

DITTO!!!! Awesome cooking trumps a dumb Christmas tree any day.

Okay, I'm super pissed..  Luca has MDO yesterday and they didn't feed him.  I don't know what the story is, but he was super fussy.  I know he's teething.  They give us a sheet that says what the did and what the ate etc..  Never did it mention that he didn't eat.  In fact it listed what he did eat..  After an entire afternoon of screaming (I did notice he sucked down a glass of milk super fast) I gave him dinner..  While he sat in his chair I opened his back pack and discovered EVERYTHING I had sent with him except for a small container of cottage cheese.  Even all the milk was still in his bag..  I was SUPER PISSED..........   I wrote a nasty email (all I could do at that time of evening) and DH comes home and chastises me...  Telling me I'm "over reacting and going to put the teacher on the defensive"...  even worse he told me that "I have no right to deal with the school without him"...  WTF...  Don't be mad at me..  be mad at them..  Apparently I'm "over reacting" because I care..  what an ass..  Sometimes I hate my husband..  I know it's awful to say, but sometimes I just do...
