flourless choc cake

allrecipes is not working for me right now and I am trying to find a simple flourless choc cake (gluten free). Anyone have a tried and true recipe? I also do not have a springform pan bigger than 7" so was hoping I could use a normal cake pan and either have a big piece of pachment hanging out so I can pull it out easy or find a recipe that can be inverted onto a plate. Thanks!
