Anyone have a seven layer bean dip?

Or six, or eight or whatever.  Thanks a ton!

Bean dip or mexican layer dip?

What I do is
1 block of cream cheese softened in the microwave slightly spread on the bottom of the plate; chill till firm in the freezer
Spread 1 can refried beans over this
Top with salsa - as much as you like, temperature you like (almost 1 jar)
Mix 8 oz sour cream with taco seasoning to taste, spread over beans
Mexican style cheese over the top of this
Olives over the top of this
AND
Since I have picky family I shred lettuce, cut up tomatoes, and avacado and put on the side so they can add if need be.

Voila and yum.  Always a crowd pleaser and gone in minutes.

I don't think I've ever seen it with cream cheese.  That sounds fabulous!  Thanks!

You're welcome.  It's my MIL and I too had never seen it with cream cheese but it's fabulous. Another friend has cream cheese in hers and she really softens it and adds the taco seasoning to it like I do to the sour cream and then firms it back up in the freezer.  I've never tried it but it could be extra good.
