shitake mushrooms

Hi everyone.  I'm a big lurker on this board and finally coming out of the woodwork! 

 I have a lot of leftover shitakes left over from something my DH made the other night and I'd like to do something with them for dinner.  I'm making blue cheese burgers for dinner tomorrow night, so I thought I could saute them with onions to put on top of the burger but I don't usually cook with them so I'm not sure what to pair them with.

 I also thought about a homemade pizza with them on top, or some kind of pasta dish.  Does anyone have any ideas or recipes to share?

Slice them and put them in Miso Soup

They're also good in a Veggie Lo Mein type dish.

Thank you!  I realized I was craving pasta so I ended up trying a recipe for shitakes, peas, red bell pepper, and chicken in an alfredo sauce.  Not bad, the alfredo was a little too heavy for my liking but DH liked it!
