meringue ooze

Ok....I made a banana pudding pie and it has meringue on top.  I left it out while I went to the movies and forgot to have DH put it in the fridge.  I got home and the meringue oozed.  Is my pie ruined?  Or can I fix it?

It should still taste fine. Maybe you can lightly try and use a paper towel to absorb some of that ooze.
