Well Poop

Apparently there is only one other rider in my division at the horse show today... which means none of the points count.  And combined with the heavy rain again last night...    anyway, my trainer just called and we're cancelling the plans to show today since it's not really worth the effort and money.  Well POOP!  Now what?   :- /

That sucks :(  What division are you riding in these days?

If you can find me a horse, hunt coat, shirt, bridle, trailer, etc to borrow, I'll do it ;)

Secondary IF blog

Lilypie

TTC#2, with Endo and compound hetero MTHFR. Lap 2/09 found stage 1-2 Endo in "significant" areas. Minor LPD. RE doesn't think any of that's the cause of our IF. IUI#1-3, BFN. On to IVF#1 and only...BFN. Was taking a break to figure out what to do next when we got a surprise BFP...only to have CP#2, 7 blasts on ice. FET possibly in spring 2010. SAIFW.

Well just create our own Nestie division.  LOL  I'm still gonna go have a lesson at least. But bummer because no show for me now until August.

That's interesting. I don't know too much about showing, just what I hear from my sister. She says she gets more points when she shows against herself. What kind of showing do you do?

I do hunter-jumper.  The rules for that require that there be at least three horses/riders in a division in order to fill it and for points to count.  You can ride the course if there are less but it's really nothing but an expensive practice round if you do.

Darn. That's too bad. I don't like to compete against just a couple of people either. Sometimes, at the CHJA shows, the classes over 3'3" are tiny, so I may end up doing more of the 3'-3'3" this summer for that reason (and because I'm a little chicken at the bigger heights).

Sorry you won't be at 4 Winds or Estes... Have fun at WDW, though!
