That is very cool.  However, I wish everything wasn't just for the first time home buyers.  We are currently looking to purchase a new home however it is my DH second home but my first.  But I too am considered a second time home buyer since I have lived with my DH.  Oh well, It still sounds like a great program.

My REA said that it's not something he would get involved in. I'm thinking it'd probably just fall into something you'd do when you file your taxes. I'll let everyone know if I hear differently.
