I have a killer recipe for a buffalo chicken dip. Every time I make it, I end up giving out the recipe to several people. It is a hot dish (temperature) so I am not sure if you would want it for an outside BBQ....but here it is!
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 10 oz. can of chicken (found in the tuna aisle), chopped as small as you can get it
1/2 cup Buffalo Chicken Marinade (I always use Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup (eyeball it) Colby Jack shredded cheese
Layer all ingredients in the order listed in an 8x8 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until outside edges are golden and bubbly. Serve with tortilla scoops.
I have to always double this recipe and make in a 9x13 dish. Good luck!
