How long did it take you to get your appraisal results?

Did they mail you a copy? The lender I've been working with is on vacation and I believe she said they would mail me a copy. She ordered it before she left and said they should have it done earlier or middle of this week. I'm just getting antsy to see how it came out.

The same day. We were shocked when we received an email with the report attached. Our inspection was at 9 am and we had the results around 3.

 I hope you get yours soon!

Our first appraisal took a little over a week (8 or 9 days) and our second appraisal took about 4 days to get the report.

Bad/low appraisal news traveled pretty quickly for us--appraisal was done last Friday and we had an email copy of the report by Monday.

Our appraisal was done at 4pm and we got an emailed report just before midnight the same day.

Whoops, I mis-read the post, I was referring to our inspection... I think we had the appraisal done around the first week of June and then heard back a week later about the results.
