Congrats on the interview. Just a quick questions for you...I also have an interview this week, but for my first full-time teaching position.....woohoo! Anyway, I think I remember you saying this was your first or second year teaching, anyway when you got your first teaching job did you have your portfolio arranged by teaching standards or another way? I am just wondering because, I have a very organized portfolio, but not by teaching standrads because I don't have artifacts for all of them...Hope this makes sense. Just wondering if you could help me out! Thanks and good luck!
