House next door is going up for sale soon

The house next door went into foreclosure and has been empty since September.  Apparently it's going up for sale soon - I just met the realtor a few minutes ago and she said she's getting it ready to sell.  I know this is horrible, but I really hope it doesn't sell any time soon.  It's so nice not having anyone on that side.  Or if it does sell, it better not be anyone obnoxious.

I know how you feel. I felt the same way when the house next to us was for sale. But our neighbors are ok - stick to them selves. Empty houses are targets for crime and vandalism so, empty isn't so good either.
