Fall is coming - How to decorate

I'm trying to start figuring out how I want to decorate the house for fall.  I don't want to do halloween that much because I'm not a big fan of halloween decorations.

 

Any ideas?  Websites with ideas?

I don't do a lot, just a few small things.

I fill all my outside planters and window boxes with mums.  I also hang a fall wreath.

I put out a fall candle in my kitchen (typically pumpkin pie - yum!), and I have a few wheat sheaves that I display around the house. 

Nothing to kitschy, just some things to get me in the fall mood!

I like doing subtle fall decor-nothing too flashy-

I went fall shopping yesterday and got these cute little blocks that said
FALL

I also have plans to get a beautiful wreath for the door.

I got this really neat hurricane lamp type thing that i filled with holiday 'autumn popperi" however you spell that!

Makes the house smell great.

I also got a few candles, and those neat candle rings--which are a spray or color.

 I got a little sign that said "happy harvest"

I try to pick out things that go with my existing decor-Stuff that makes my home feel cozy.
We've set the date!
We're getting married on October 24th, 2009!!!

I *love* decorating for fall. I don't decorate for Halloween either. I like to buy little pumpkins and gourds, and decorate with those. I buy mums for the front porch, and I put a little haystack out there and decorate it with different fall picks. I have a couple of cute scarecrows that I decorate with. I use fall colored bittersweet. I'll post pics when I decorate for fall (probably the first week of September).
TTC since July 2007. Dx: PCOS. 3 IUI's all BFN. On a break cycle, and starting injectibles in January.

i'm not a halloween type, but i do fall decorations.  martha stewart living is a good website for ideas.  i love the touch stone website for their decor, too.  they have both just fall and halloween decor.  they tend to be on the classy side, not tacky.

many bios on here have seasonal decor links or sections and include fall decor (not just christmas).
