flourless chocolate cake (made with really good quality chocolate). i dont have a blog, so i dont have the usual recipe i use available, but all recipes are nearly identical for this. it's easy, it's impressive, it's delicious and decadent. and usually only has about 5 ingredients (chocolate, cream, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and maybe some sort of alcohol that's optional).
