NKOTB re: Home Cooked

Last night was our first meal from there and DH kept saying, "Man, this is good!  I mean, yours is good too honey.  Oh, man this is good!"  I'm so glad I discovered this place, even though I did want to slap him.

Oh, and I love the pick up option.  I just walked in and walked out with my food.  None of that putting-it-together-yourself crap. SUCKERS!

hehe we use that as bonding time, it's fun for us when we have time.  There's this bakery around the corner we love so we're trying to make it a ritual every saturday morning.  Bakery for donuts, homecooked, home.

Iiinteresting.  See, I'd be into that, but DH - no way.  I try bonding time, and he's like "um, can I go play my game?"

Would you say there are healthy options at those places?  I would love to do it, even for just like a meal or maybe two a week. I definitely need to work on making dinners quicker and healthier.

That's one of the main goals, she uses natural and organic ingredients and all the meals have nutrition info on the site.  And there's whole wheat options for any of the grain ingredients (rice, pasta, tortillas)

Yeah, at this place they have lower fat/calorie options and stuff isn't suggested to be fried or anything like that.

Paoli, it's not a chain and she started it after working at one of the chain ones and realizing she could do better.

It's next to the strip in it's own building.  My bakery is next to the pizza hut :-)
