Hi ladies! I'm Jess. I just got married in August. I normally post on the West Coast FL board because that's where we got married, but we live in VA. I thought I might stop on this board and say hi! :) I hope you ladies are enjoying the start of fall. Have a wonderful evening.

Thank you. We live in the Hampton Roads area. I was born and lived in Florida, about an hour from Lakeland, until I was about 11 or so. Then my family moved to MI and then it was on to VA! Thank you for the warm welcome.

Hi and welcome!!  My dad's branch of the family all live in Clearwater area and my sister and her DH live in Pensacola (Coast Guard).  Looooove west Florida waters; too preeeeetttyyyy…

We love Florida too! It was the best getting married down there. :)

My sister's wedding was pretty, she got married on St. Pete's Beach.  It was beautiful, couldn't ask for whiter sand or more turqoise water.  And then of course the sunset.

Anyway! What brings you to Virginia?

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you!
My hubby is from here. We met at a wedding a little over 4 years ago so I moved down after we had been together for about 1 1/2 years. Plus, I'm a teacher and there weren't too many teaching jobs in MI, so I also came down here in hopes of finding a job.
