 i'm sandra, im recently married and DH and i are trying like hell to buy a house in the hartford area!  glad to be on this side now!

thanks ladies!

 yeah, house buying is definitely still hell even in this market!  we're concentrating on farmington/west hartford/avon/simsbury, but aren't having much luck in our price range.  DH is being overly picky IMHO as he wants something 100% move-in ready...paint colors and all!  i may have to have our agent do an intervention lol.
