Things to do on Halloween with a toddler?

Hi everyone.  I live in LA and will be in San Diego for the day on Saturday (Halloween).  We have a 2year old little boy and I was wondering what events are going on in San Diego that we might be able to dress him up and take him to.  We're visiting a relative who is staying in a hotel near Horton Plaza, but we can drive to wherever. 

Any advice you have is appreciated.  TIA! :)

I live in San Diego but unfortunately, I don't know of any kid friendly things going on.  I would try Signonsandiego.com
