That sounds wonderful. I bet the chicken was very tender when cooked this way. I'm always looking for recipes using sundried tomatoes. I accidently bought another bottle forgetting that I already had one.
It was wonderful. The chicken was so tender it was amazing. My husband said that I have to make this when his father comes to visit.
