do facials make a difference?

i am wondering whether to start getting regular facials monthly.  tia.

If you can afford it, yes it makes a difference.  Keeps your pores clean and your skin radiant.  It exfoliates off dead skin that can show wrinkles.  I use the Oil of Olay Microdermabrasion set.  I like how cheap it is, and the results.  You can use it more than once a month too, about once a week.  Getting on a good skin care regimine can help too (if you're not already on one). 

Stupidity isn't a virus...but it sure is spreadin' like one!

I would say yes.  I don't get regular facials but I did get into a good skin care routine and have noticed a significant difference in my skin.

I get facials once every 2 months and I love it and totally think its worth it. My skin glows after a good facial!

thanks ladies. i have combination, mostly dry skin.  i'll try regular facials for a few months and see how it goes =)
