I forgot to reply to your post on the other board. I wanted to answer your question about the weights.

If the 5 lb weights seem to be too much, no worries, stick with the 3 lbs. But what I did was alternate. I did about 20-30 of each of the following exercises. I mixed up the types and weights and you would be surprised how much heavier a 3 lb weight will feel after doing all this. My basic rule of thumb was the higher up the body, the lighter the weight (overhead exercises should be done with the lightest weights)

I did the following exercise series.

First one done with 5 lb weights

Then I did the following one with the 3 lb weights.

Then I did these with 8 lb weights...

Then back to the 3 lb ones for these...

And last, I would do these with the 8 lbs.

True. And there is one that I do with my arms behind my back (think "pee wee herman dance") that helps with "back fat" or what I like to call "back boobs"
