Dh thought he wanted it but he tried it out in the store and was like, "I am wayyy too old for that game!" He said it was really complicated and hard to play. But we don't have any of the "hero" games either.

They do take some getting used to and relearning hand-eye coordination.  DH and I got Guitar Hero 2 a few years ago and had the hardest time on easy until we got the hang of it.  Now we can pop any of the GH/Rock Band games in and just start on the expert level.  We don't bother with the lower levels.  Ditto with me on drums unless its really difficult then I bump it back a level.
