I LOVE chicken salad.

I just bake chicken breast, and cube it up small. Then I add whatever I have-celery, red grapes, walnuts, shredded carrot, sugar snap peas.  After that, I just add miracle whip or plain yogurt, salt, pepper, a generous dash of worstershire sauce, and stir.

So yumm!

My favorite is when I do chicken, red grapes, and sugar snap peas-then I add curry powder to make a curried chicken salad. SO good.

I love love looovee pasta salad. Garden pasta, Greek vinaigrette, pepperoni, black olives, tomatoes, green peppers, and feta cheese. Now I am craving some.
