I failed. I walked / ran last Weds, Thurs, Fri. Then took Sat and Sun off. I went in Monday (and boy did I work out Mon). Then Tues and Weds were no-go's. The only saving grace was that I did a light walk on Sunday that I would not even consider something.
Ugh. I should have done better. But I will not beat myself up over it right now. So, now I just need to go back and remember what my Week 2: Goal was. I think it was to not weight myself more than 1ce a week. So tomorrow I shall weigh myself and I will not weigh again for 1 week. That will be easy for me, so I am going to combine Week 1 + 2 to make it a real challenge. Exercise 5 times + dont weight in...
