MM Challenge: $25 gift ideas

In DH's family gift exchange, his grandpa pulled my name.  The spending limit is $25, but he lives in an area with limited shopping (Meijer may be the only store) and doesn't use the Internet.  The only ideas I have are a board game, book, or gift card.  Any other ideas?  TIA!

A framed photo of him when he was a kid, or one of him and one of your grandma.  A framed photo of their wedding, or of them having fun as a young couple.

Things on my list in that range: dark chocolate, fair trade coffee beans (now in most grocery stores), magazine subs, dominos, movie theatre g/c, mittens, booze (wine, butterscotch/peppermint schnapps, bailey's)
