I heart fiber 1 bars! They are tasty. My mom also introduced me to another treat that has worked its way into my breakfast rotation: Vita Muffins. The name sounds awful, but they are really good! They are muffin tops that you can toast in the toaster, and they are only 100 calories with 5g of fiber each.
Plus, it is fun to say I ate a muffin top for breakfast! lol
