Where do you buy cute OTK socks?

I like these Miu Miu OTK socks, but I cannot fathom spending $42 on a pair of socks.

I second Target! I've seen solid color and print there and they are cute. Also Macy's hosiery dept sometimes works. I just bought a pair of huge knit legwarmers there for only $16.

I got a pair at DSW. I think they were $15 maybe.
