Chili Recipes...

Mu husband has been craving chili for the longest time.  Do any of you have one that isn't too complicated as I have never attempted this dish before.  Thanks for any recipes!

Mine is cheap and easy -- just brown the meat and throw everything in a crockpot.

Oh! I just made the best Chili, it's called "3 bean and beef chili", it's healthy and very flavorful!  In fact I'm about to make another batch of it.  I found the recipe off of the Food Network website...

Here is my recipe for chili with a kick of salsa!  It is super easy and ready in about 10 minutes.

1lb hamburger brown in a pan w/2 garlic cloves & one med sized onion.  Once browned you can either 1) through into crockpot or 2) cook on stove (depends on how much time  you have).

Drain the grease off of the meat, add in two celery stalks (chopped), 1 can stewed tomatoes, 2 tbsp sugar, chili powder, salt & pepper to taste. Let simmer at least on hour (on the stove) or leave in crockpot. Add in 1 can of kideny beans (drained) simmer 15 more minutes & serve hot.  This receipe makes about 5 cups cooked chili, perfect for just the hubby and me.

Super easy and cheap and super yummy!
