Can you counter offer?  If not, at least that is a good sign that there is interest out there.  Good luck, selling a house is hard.

We did counter, but expect nothing as their realtor is friends with ours and came out and told ours she believes they are playing games.

We bought our house for 45k under asking price.  So, it does happen- just depends on how motivated you are. We sold for 30k less than asking also.  We'd already had our bid accepted for our current house and we didn't want to play around trying to get another offer.

Good Luck!!

It's a start and that's great that you're getting so much "play" on your house!  Hope it sells fast!!

Hey, it's an offer, and that's a start. Maybe your realtor can light some fire with the other three prospective clients saying they just received an offer.

Our first serious offer was 55K below asking...the people bid on 3 places and our offer was the best they made.

We just accepted an offer 10K below asking, so there are buyers out there. Good Luck!
